These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 58q platform. By registering an account or using any 58q service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the terms set out below. Please read carefully before proceeding.

58q services are strictly for users aged 18 years or above. Age and identity verification is required before withdrawals are processed. Accounts found to be registered by minors will be closed immediately.
Each individual may hold only one 58q account. Creating duplicate accounts is a breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
Players are solely responsible for confirming that accessing 58q is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering. 58q does not constitute legal advice. Pakistani users must satisfy themselves as to the applicable local laws.
Deposits and withdrawals on 58q are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via approved payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa and major Pakistani banks. Withdrawal requests require a verified account.
Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors, use prohibited software tools or collude with other players constitutes a breach of these Terms. 58q reserves the right to void affected bets and close implicated accounts.
58q provides deposit limits, session time alerts, loss limits and self-exclusion tools. All players are encouraged to use these features. If gambling is causing harm, self-exclusion can be activated immediately from account settings.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 58q ("58q", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 58q website located at 58q.club and all associated services, products and content offered therein ("the Platform").
58q operates an online gaming platform offering casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, slots, roulette, Super Wheel and related entertainment services. Use of the Platform is subject to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and any additional rules published in relation to specific games, products or promotions.
These Terms are effective from the moment you create an account or, where no account is created, from the moment you first access the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
To register an account and use the 58q Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
Each individual may register one account only on the 58q Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers or personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details. You must promptly update your account information if it changes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or any one-time verification codes with any other person. 58q will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain appropriate security over your credentials.
If you suspect that your 58q account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].
58q is required to verify the identity of account holders as part of its account management procedures. Identity verification ("KYC") is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed for the first time.
You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:
58q reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in restrictions being applied to the account, including the suspension of withdrawal functionality.
All documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with the 58q Privacy Policy.
Deposits on the 58q Platform are accepted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the payment methods displayed in the cashier section of your account, which currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard and USDT TRC20.
All payment methods used for deposits must be in your own name and ownership. Use of payment methods belonging to third parties is prohibited and may result in account suspension and reversal of the associated deposit.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method. 58q does not accept cash deposits. Deposits must be made from a source within Pakistan or from a payment method linked to an account in your name.
58q reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects is associated with fraud, money laundering, or any other prohibited activity. In such cases, the deposit will be returned to the original payment method where technically possible.
Withdrawals from your 58q account may only be made once identity verification (KYC) has been successfully completed. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, as a standard anti-fraud measure.
Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed the same business day. Bank transfer withdrawals typically complete within one business day, subject to the processing times of the receiving bank.
58q reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Players may be asked to confirm the source of funds deposited where the amounts involved trigger internal compliance thresholds.
Any withdrawal request that cannot be matched to a verified identity, or that is associated with accounts found to be in breach of these Terms, may be suspended pending investigation. Funds associated with confirmed fraud or Terms violations may be forfeited.
58q may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms which will be published alongside the promotion and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

All games available on the 58q Platform operate in accordance with the individual game rules published within each game. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and a specific game's rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that game.
RNG-based games on 58q use certified random number generation systems. Live dealer games use physical game equipment operated by professional dealers in a real studio environment. 58q does not manipulate game outcomes beyond the published house edge applicable to each game.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
58q reserves the right to void any bets and close any account where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed, with immediate effect and without prior notice.
Sports betting on 58q, including cricket, PSL, football, UFC, boxing and other markets, is governed by the general betting rules published on the Platform in addition to these Terms.
Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. 58q reserves the right to refuse any bet at its discretion, including where odds have been displayed in error. Bets placed on clearly erroneous odds will be void and the stake returned.
In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the Platform's technical availability. 58q is not liable for delays in the live betting interface caused by telecommunications or internet service issues.
The settlement of PSL and all other cricket markets is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. 58q will settle markets as soon as reasonably practicable following the conclusion of the relevant event.
In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended or declared void, 58q will apply the rules applicable to that market type as published on the Platform. Where no specific rule exists, 58q's decision as to settlement shall be final.

58q reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to where:
Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for administrative or regulatory reasons unrelated to any breach by the player, any verified balance will be returned to the player via the most recent payment method used.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 58q support team. Voluntary closure does not affect any pending withdrawal requests that have already been approved.
All content on the 58q Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, icons, text, data, databases and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the property of 58q or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any reproduction, distribution, display, modification, reverse engineering or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without the prior written consent of 58q.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 58q shall not be liable to any player for:
Nothing in these Terms shall limit 58q's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
58q provides the Platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the accuracy of any information displayed thereon, including odds and market data.
Your personal data is collected, stored and processed in accordance with the 58q Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
58q uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect personal and financial data transmitted between your device and the Platform. 58q does not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
58q reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Where a player does not accept amended Terms, they must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the 58q Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the 58q support team.
58q aims to respond to all formal dispute submissions within ten (10) business days of receipt. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in accordance with the applicable governing law.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
